I completed it a few years ago when I was severely ill and bed-ridden. It helped me build a new framework to view life from and a foundation to build new life upon. It laid the foundation that helped me heal 100%: now out of bed and working a very physical job. Ever since, I have found myself recommending this app at least on a weekly basis from those with severe illness to those simply looking to get more out of life. I will continue to do this course time after time. I can guarantee you’ll say the same. You’ll be glad you did, too! ### 5/5 — Life Changing!
