This is my second time going through this course. I completed it a few years ago when I was severely ill and bed-ridden. It helped me build a new framework to view life from and a foundation to build new life upon. It laid the foundation that helped me heal 100%: now out of bed and working a very physical job. Ever since, I have found myself recommending this app at least on a weekly basis from those with severe illness to those simply looking to get more out of life. I will continue to do this course time after time. I can guarantee you’ll say the same. You’ll be glad you did, too!

This is the third time that I’ve done the Meaning of Life Experiment and I’m amazed each time at how it changes my life! I feel happier, lighter, more energetic and full of so much more compassion for myself and others. I really can’t recommend this app enough. It is truly life changing
