As a customer, I feel this was misleading and dishonest. A “free trial” should not result in an immediate charge. The pricing and billing process were not transparent, and despite cancelling the subscription right away, I am now getting nowhere trying to obtain a refund. This experience feels extremely deceptive and unfair to consumers.
