You can now choose Celsius or Fahrenheit. Open Profile, then Preferences, then Temperature.

Every chamber reading, target range and log entry follows your choice, and the entry field reads back in whichever unit you picked. Your existing logs are untouched, so nothing you have already recorded changes.
