Even store mentioned app is not working ### 1/5 — App broken *2023-10-03* This new app is completely broken. I can’t even login as it won’t let you click on the fields to bring up the keyboard to type. Even if you can get logged in, it has many other issues too. It seems like they are doing some of it on purpose to make it even harder for people to earn rewards and to then use them. It’s very sad and this shouldn’t be hard to fix these issues. Please make your app work better or just don’t have one at all! ### 1/5 — Freezes up *2022-06-09, version 3.0.2* Just a spinning circle. ### 2/5 — More difficult to use than the old app *2021-10-16, version 3.0.2* This app works well if you are ordering via the app. If you are ordering in store, it’s virtually useless. You can no longer scan to earn rewards and pay at the same time. Scanning for rewards and paying are now two separate acts, which is more difficult and time consuming. I also tried to redeem a reward. I scanned the app and I selected the reward on tablet screen. It then says to show the screen to the cashier (I guess so they can apply the reward?). Not only was the reward NOT applied to my bill, but I didn’t get any rewards points for my order either. The whole process is ridiculous compared to what it used to be. ### 1/5 — Feels like a scam *2021-10-04, version 3.0.2* The old app was great with the points system and rewards and being able to have payment on there. there. If they want to change reward systems they should at least make the next app work correctly this one says invalid email address when I go to type it in yet it’s the email address I found out about my birthday reward from.Comes off as them just putting rewards programs out there but not really being able to use them I don’t know why I probably spent more because I knew I would get points for it. This wasn’t the best restaurant to start with so I’m probably not gonna miss it ### 1/5 — Why bother having this app HORRIBLE! *2021-06-06, version 3.0.2* Worst food app I have ever used. They changed it 3 times and still doesn’t work. I can’t change my email. I don’t know if I lost points from the previous app. Says zero. I’m tired of wasting my time with customer service. Can’t just use phone number to get points. Hubby has simple flip phone so can’t get points on shared account. ### 1/5 — No linger works *2021-06-06, version 3.0.2* I used this app for years to pay for food snd earn points to get free food. Now it does not work at all. The buttons don't work, and the pay option has been removed ### 4/5 — Better app *2020-12-22, version 3.0.2* They made some improvements overall. The app works well. No issues ordering, paying, receiving the food. Would be nice to have a nicer UI that just isn’t a list of words. Little drab. With the amount of extras you can put on a burger, it’s always nice to have a “favorites “ section. Also the app is NOT “Lifestyle” it’s “Food”. It would make the app easier to find in the App Library on the phone. ### 2/5 — No gift card integration? *2020-12-22, version 3.0.2* The old app allowed you to add money to your account from gift cards, but the new app doesn’t seem to have that feature. The new app doesn’t even let you use a gift card at checkout.
