## What is MeatJournal?

Keep yourself accountable on the carnivore diet by keeping track of all the meat you eat. The app supports most animals that are eaten while on the carnivore diet and doesn't allow for any other type of food to be recorded.

Look back at the amount of meat you've eaten for a weekly, monthly, and yearly period to give you an idea of how much meat you're consuming. This is useful if trying to budget how much money you're looking to spend purchasing mood for the week/month.

I love the simplicity of this app and find it good for planning meals as well as tracking how much of different meats I’m eating. The only request I’d make of the developer is that we could have a goat option on the drop down carnivore food list as I’m eating goats cheese and have to use the lamb option to record it!😄
