## What is MeBettrrNow?

Most wellness apps tell you to feel better. We help you see why you don't.

MeBettrrNow is a 2-minute daily check-in that finds the loop you're stuck in — and reflects it back so clearly you actually do something about it.

Speak or type whatever's in your head: the rant, the loop, the thing you almost said out loud. Our AI listens for the pattern underneath — the protective strategy you've been running for years without knowing.

Then it does the one thing other apps don't: it tells you WHY you got here. The reason underneath the reason. The relief of being seen.

WHAT'S INSIDE

• Voice-first check-ins — say it messy. We make it clear.
• The 12 protective patterns — People-pleasing, Avoidance, Numbing, Overworking, and 8 more. Watch yours shift week to week.
• Read Me — drop any rant, get a screenshot-worthy mirror in about 10 seconds.
• Sunday Read — a warm weekly look-back, written for you, by name.
• Private circles — bring up to 5 people into your corner. No chat. No noise. Just patterns and small, structured nudges.
• Reminders that adapt — built around YOUR pattern, not generic affirmations.

WHY IT WORKS

You can't change a loop you can't see. MeBettrrNow names the loop in plain language, shows you the protective reason behind it, and gives you one small move for the day. Two minutes. No streak guilt. No 40-question mood surveys.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

• Your words are never used to train any AI model.
• Export everything, anytime it's yours.
• Delete your account and data in one tap, from inside the app.

PRICING

• 7 days completely free.
• $7.99/month or $59.99/year after the trial.
• $99 lifetime for founding members (capped at the first 500).
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings.

A NOTE ON CARE

MeBettrrNow offers AI-generated reflection not therapy, diagnosis, or medical advice. Every reflection carries this reminder and a one-tap link to the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. If you're in crisis, please reach out to a professional or call 988.

Built by a small team in New Jersey, for anyone who's tired of feeling the same thing and never knowing its name.
