The flashcards were written by a seven-year-old. Awful app. Do not purchase this package. ### 1/5 — MEC Pass+ *2022-06-17* Cannot even login...goes to blank white screen 👎 ### 1/5 — Does not work; company doesn’t respond *2022-03-12* This app stopped worked abruptly. I bought it to study and then it quit after about a week. I emailed support and they said that they were upgrading the app. I told them it still didn’t work after they reset my account and never heard back. It’s been almost a month and my test is next week. I asked for a refund twice and no answer. ### 1/5 — Poorly designed *2022-01-20* I think it’s unfair to sell this to the public know that the app does not work well. When you try to contact the customer service, they also are of no help. Have never been able to even log in. Super frustrating. ### 1/5 — Unfair *2021-08-26* Honestly I don’t like to give one star to any business because I know how hard is to make a good reputation but I’m tired to pay again for this class which is designed just for making money and if you like to learn more you need to find different tools such as YouTube, quzlet and Kahoot! I have signed up for MLO 20 hours pre educational class ; I had hard time in my class because of technical issues so I didn’t learn that much and I had to purchase premium package which it is not great . Logging on is super easy if you pay attention to the instructions they provide in the description. I had some slow loading but all issues I ran into were easy to solve with common sense! Also the video sound doesn’t work **Developer response:** Hey, I am sorry you were having those troubles with the app. I know the video sound can be a tricky on but normally the issue is because of the mute switch on the side of the phone being set to mute. If that doesn't fix the issue please reach out to us at appteam@mortgageeducators.com. ### 2/5 — Poor working *2022-06-06* The videos won’t play sound after you pause them. So if you pause to run to the bathroom and come back suddenly the sound won’t work.
