The downside to using the app is the amount of time it takes to process a login or selection. Security is understandable and most appreciated, but the other side of the coin is the amount of time that it takes away from a person’s day when that person could be doing more productive things than waiting for processing time to complete. For those whose day is governed largely by a time clock, waiting on the technology that must be used becomes a liability. Beyond that, the app’s features have made navigating my workday incredibly smooth and efficient. With just a few taps, I can check my pay, benefits, and even my 401(k) contributions.
