You WILL NOT ever speak to a real person. I’ve tried every possible way. The automated voice is very lazily set up and pathetic in the year 2023. Most of the time payments don’t work. Forget about making principal payments - they only accept them through physical mail and I’m reluctant to send one because I have such astoundingly low expectations of them. I have no idea how this can be legal. The majority of the time I can’t make any payments online, through the call center, or through text, which leaves me with going in person or mailing a check which is ridiculous. Sometimes, online payments DO work but they don’t honor the $2999.99 max per month in my case. I can only do up to $2500, and frankly it’s ridiculous that there is a monthly max at all. I had no idea about it when I was financing my car at the dealer. ### 1/5 — 🤷🏿‍♂️ *2023-06-01* Not much I can say that hasn’t already been said. There’s essentially no features, it doesn’t show your account number, it doesn’t show your interest rate, just your current balance. With this loan company being so popular I’m surprised their app is garbage, I’ll make sure to never go through them again and will be refinancing soon anyways, I prefer to live in the modern age. ### 1/5 — Steer Clear! *2022-09-21* App is terrible, website will not let you register, so your only option is to pay by phone which charges you a fee, or via snail mail. I haven’t made my first payment and I’m calling my Credit Union tomorrow to try and refinance. ### 1/5 — bad design, bad mechanics, bad everything *2022-09-19* I got my first car and the dealership used this bank and so far, honestly regret making business with this company. The website and app are so buggy. I set up a recurring payment on the website and hoping it would work. 2 days after the first due date, no charges in my bank account and found out that the recurring payments don’t even work. Now I installed the app, and trying to copy and paste my account/routing #s wouldn’t work because I have to tab out of the app to copy it from my bank, and the numbers kept disappearing… it’s so annoying. If you’re going to be in business, the minimum you can do is have a working WEBSITE AND APP!!! Thanks to you, I’m late on my first payment! Fix your cr ap and get a professional designer as well!!! Definitely refinancing to another bank sometime soon. ### 1/5 — Worst bank in history *2022-08-18* This app is fundamentally broken. It’s almost like it’s designed to screw your over. The payments are always “processing” and never go through on time even when you pay them a week in advance. ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2022-07-17* Unfortunately I’m managing 2 car payments through this. The bank won’t merge the two accounts, and even after I sign out of one account it brings up the other account when I tried to make a payment. Tried to set up recurring payments, but then they don’t happen and I get late fees. On only my third payment I paid it, remember very clearly paying it. But it didn’t submit and I was late because of the app. I’m sure it’s avoidable but it was very inconvenient as a first time car buyer to see that late statement when it wasn’t my fault:/ ### 1/5 — Text Notifications *2022-05-16, version 1.6.2* You can’t enable text notifications because the verification code never gets sent to you. Pretty junk. Hopefully this is fixed so I can know if my freaking auto pay goes through. I reset my password and it always tells me my new password is wrong and i end up getting locked out and have to call them. Now I can’t change my primary source of payment to the new account because it won’t let me add it. No where on my app does it even let you opt into that feature. To me that screams false advertisement. If I’m missing something please feel free to point it out but I clicked on everything within the app and nowhere does even mention it yet if you look at this app right now it says you can now sign in that way. It also restricts you from making more than $2,500 within a 30 day period.
