They actually know your name they’re fraud department is key. I’ve been sent a couple of text messages in regards to my card being used somewhere and they make it all so easy to fix it. I would highly recommend it. When I needed something done I knew the name of the manager. The problem is pretty much everything runs wonky. Every step of the way of setting things up with this bank has been convoluted. It’s not like one particular person is trying to make it that way it’s just they seem to be that way. The people in the branches? Charming and wonderful.
