Prior to Med App there was minimal intake of staff who read the emailed ‘orientation manual. Currently, the majority of our new staff report reading ‘mostly’ all information on Med App- that’s over 40 documents of information! All report feeling much more prepared, and excited to work with us. Also provided us a great way to deconstruct our important information in to app size pieces with heaps of fun info mixed in.
