Commercial advertising does appear - ergo latest catalogue sale banner. Regulating the commercial desires of the marketing department would be a good place to start and strengthening your governance structures to better reflect current technology uses in line with your ethical standards would do. You know, questions like are you using technology to capture prescription holder customers? Not did you mean to do this, but honestly asking the question, is this what happens when customers use our portal. Imagine a portal where you selected a pharmacy chain, independently run and regulated. I am having trouble using the app to order tomorrow repeats these days, because I need them all at once. Apple updating its software might be impacting this app as it sometimes does not display days on tablets in the Home Screen. That was until the recent bugs where my escripts no longer load, update and add to the app. I have updated, deleted and redownloaded the app with absolutely no success. I then have to go back to the doctor to get another prescription and pay again for the doctor’s visit and go back again to the pharmacy to finally get the prescription. TERRIBLE APP. ### 1/5 — Absolutely Not Worth The Trouble *2026-07-23, version 7.2.0* This app would have to be the worst app I have ever used. I have been using for the past 4-5 years and had nothing but trouble with it. It has been extremely confusing not only for myself but my Pharmacy. The app has deleted all my medications so I can’t order them. We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but to no avail. Pharmacy can see my medications when they look up on the internet but I have 0 medications in the app so I can’t order what I need which puts my health at risk for not being able to order. I highly recommend using another app or just getting a paper copy and keeping them together. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS APP. Now I’m down to 9 each day. However, over the last few years I’ve had so many changes that without MedAdvisor would have been difficult to manage. This app keeps track of how many days I have left on a script, sends reminders when I’m low and even reminds me when to get a new script. It’s the best invention for people like me. Thank you.
