Medanta eClinic app allows you to virtually consult a Medanta doctor (through video conference, phone call or by posting a query on the app), book a hospital appointment and access all your medical records. You can search for Medanta doctors by specialty, treatment or disease, or let the app recommend a relevant doctor to you based on your requirement. The comprehensive app also allows you to view your previous health records – reports, prescriptions and discharge notes, and track your current lab and radiology reports. This also allows you to link your family members with your own account so that you can book an appointment for them or even access their health records. If you are consulting a Medanta doctor for the first time, the app registers you and creates your Unique Hospital Identification Digit (UHID). Why the app download. Reports should be simply be downloadable. It just needs to do that only. Not play a video, not update anything every minute. It just needs to show a pdf and it fails to do that too. The developer just had 1 job to do. Today i have my 3rd appointment with Dr Tarique Naiyer Jamil at 12:30 and i am still waiting for him and expected time given is 2:15 PM, every time i have faced this issue. This is unexpected from a repotted institution Medanta in this way you are also getting similar to the service of PMCH. Looking forward for a proper reply from your side and requesting you to increase sitting capacity for patient at least as my mother is not able to find a seat. ### 1/5 — Awful experience. *2023-07-22, version 1.45* I awaited senior citizen package at Medanta clinic and had a very bad experience and will suggest no one to await it . I am diabetic and only at 11.30 am I was able to eat something. Further after 3 days when I saw the blood reports most of them , Thyroid, KFT, Lipid profile and Other blood test were not having any values and it stated that sample has to be repeated. On contacting clinic I was told reports are ok and contact lab. Is this the way a clinic works. Amount paid by me should be refunded as my all purpose has been defeated.
