When I took told to pay 70/- and no bill was given. This is cheating and low professional approach. I noticed on many parameters Medanta is degrading professionalism. At counter no 3 so outsourced guy was seating. Around 10 persons asked where is counter no 8 or 7. Since there is no lift to the basement, it is very difficult/ impossible for senior citizens, having knee issues, to visit. The clinic should make visits to these senior citizens at their residence within Orchid Gardens, at the same rates as for visiting the clinic.
