## What is MedAssist?

Got a lab report you can't read? MedAssist turns blood test results and medical documents into a clear, plain-language explanation — in about a minute.

Upload a photo or a PDF from any lab or clinic. MedAssist's AI reads the values, compares them with the reference ranges on your form, connects the numbers into one picture and explains what looks fine and what is worth discussing with your doctor.

WHAT IT READS
- Any lab test — blood, urine, saliva, stool, swabs: CBC, biochemistry, glucose, cholesterol, TSH and thyroid panels, ferritin, hemoglobin, vitamin D and more
- Any written medical report: MRI, CT, ultrasound, ECG, X-ray, endoscopy, histology, discharge summaries and prescriptions
- Up to 15 files in one analysis, linked into a single story
For MRI, CT or X-ray, the written conclusion is enough — no need to attach the scan itself.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Snap a photo or upload a PDF.
2. Get a structured report in 30–60 seconds: a short summary, each value explained, color-coded attention markers.
3. Ask follow-up questions in chat and walk into your appointment prepared.

The app speaks English, Russian, French and Spanish.

PRIVACY
Names and dates of birth are removed automatically; your data is encrypted in transit and anonymized before AI processing. It is never sold and never used for ads.

В начале года установила приложение. Оплатила 10 заявок. Как итог сейчас захожу, ни истории, баланс 1. Обратной связи нет, предлагает еще оплатить. Нет уж, спс. Это уже развод . Не рекомендую

Отличное приложение! Постоянно разбирался в непонятных цифрах и терминах в анализах, рыл интернет в поиске объяснений, а тут просто загрузил фотку анализов и всё стало как на ладони, без заумных фраз и непонятных чисел - все объясняет и указывает на отклонения. В общем - советую!

You now sign in to MedAssist with your phone number, confirmed by a short verification call. Google, Apple and email sign-in have been switched off to comply with Russian law.

Your data is safe: analyses, history and credit balance are fully preserved. If your phone number is already linked to your account, simply sign in with it. If it is not, tap "contact support" on the sign-in screen and we will transfer your account manually.

Also in this release: a unified top-up history in your profile, plus faster and more stable analysis.
