## What is MedAtlas?

MedAtlas is a bedside clinical reference for licensed healthcare professionals. Open it at the workstation, on rounds, or mid-shift, and the answer you need is one tap away — every regimen, dose, and decision pathway sourced to a published guideline, peer-reviewed paper, or FDA label.

The way MedAtlas works: every screen carries a source ribbon at the top. Tap it to see the underlying IDSA, AHA, ACC, ATS, FDA, ACOG, or other society reference, then tap "Read the source" to open the original paper inside the app. The clinician sees exactly where each answer came from before acting on it.

INSIDE MEDATLAS:

· 250+ clinical calculators (HEART, CHA₂DS₂-VASc, Wells DVT/PE, PERC, qSOFA, SOFA, MELD, Glasgow-Blatchford, NIHSS, ASCVD, CIWA-Ar, GCS, Centor, PSI/PORT, and many more)
· 200+ infection syndromes with sourced regimens (cellulitis, sepsis, pneumonia by setting, UTI, meningitis, endocarditis, C. difficile, neutropenic fever, and more)
· 250+ medications with renal and hepatic dosing adjustments, drug-class context, and FDA-label links
· 100+ tap-through decision algorithms (ACS chest pain, stroke thrombolysis, sepsis hour-1, anaphylaxis severity, refractory status epilepticus, TBI/ICP, hyperkalemia, DKA, and more)
· 50+ resuscitation protocols (RSI, procedural sedation, ACLS arrest meds, anaphylaxis, MTP, hyperK emergency, toxic ingestions, malignant hyperthermia)
· 50+ step-by-step procedure guides (central line IJ, chest tube, lumbar puncture, paracentesis, thoracentesis, laceration repair, abscess I&D, suprapubic catheter, and more)

All 250+ calculators are free, forever. MedAtlas Pro unlocks the rest of the reference library — syndromes, drug dosing, protocols, procedures, decision algorithms — plus the in-app source reader for every cited paper.

WORKS OFFLINE. NO ACCOUNT. NO TRACKING.

MedAtlas runs fully offline after install — drug dosing, calculators, syndromes, algorithms, procedures all available with airplane mode on. The only thing that needs internet is the in-app source reader (loading the original paper). No sign-in required. We do not collect personally identifying information. We never collect or store patient health information. The full Privacy Policy and Terms of Service live in the Account tab.

### 5/5 — My Go-To Clinical Resource

*2026-06-10*

Excellent app for healthcare students and providers. Med Atlas has an impressive collection of clinical calculators, algorithms, and decision-support tools—more comprehensive than MedCalc in many areas. The interface is clean, easy to navigate, and regularly updated. It's become one of my most-used resources during clinical rotations and patient care. Highly recommend.
