### 3/5 — Longer rest time?

*2026-08-13, version 2.7.5*

On the exercises that require a band or equipment there should be a longer break (25 sec) to allow for transition to a new position The pause function is nice but. When I’m doing a lot of exercises it becomes cumbersome.

### 2/5 — Frustrated

*2026-08-12, version 2.7.5*

Logging cannot be corrected. The system may log activity on the wrong day & you are stuck with it. Don’t expect an accurate history.
The app developer knows this & expects you to inform your therapist when logs are in error - - so why bother to use the system?

### 2/5 — No personalization

*2026-07-29, version 2.7.4*

I wish there was a way to leave an open ended comment on your experiences. Not much room for personalized guidance

### 4/5 — It works

*2026-07-27, version 2.7.4*

Love the variety and shortness

### 5/5 — K.P. Patient

*2026-07-17, version 2.7.4*

It helps keep track and share my progress with my therapist.

### 5/5 — MedBridge GO for Patients

*2026-07-17, version 2.7.4*

This app is an easy an quick way to keep track of daily exercise homework. It also gives great feedback to the user.

### 5/5 — Great

*2026-07-17, version 2.7.4*

Great for the exercises I need to

### 5/5 — Feedback to Dr.Ilona

*2026-07-16, version 2.7.4*

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have had an excellent experience working with Dr. Ilona for my physical therapy. After my cervical spine surgery, I was nervous about my recovery, but she has been patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging every step of the way.

She takes the time to listen to my concerns, explains every exercise clearly, and makes sure I understand how each movement will help my recovery. I never feel rushed, and she always treats me with kindness, respect, and genuine compassion.

Because of her guidance, I have become more confident in my rehabilitation and continue to make progress toward getting stronger. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism she shows at every visit.

Thank you, Dr. Ilona, for helping me on my journey back to better health. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and skilled physical therapist.

### 5/5 — Medbridge app

*2026-07-11, version 2.7.3*

5 stars

### 3/5 — Some minor annoyances

*2026-07-10, version 2.7.3*

I like the app, but I really wish it would briefly go over the exercise before you start. You have to completely leave your exercise routine to see what you need to do. Also, the beeps don’t seem to correspond to anything on the timing. And it will jump from one exercise to the next without telling you, so unless you’re looking at your phone you don’t even know.

### 4/5 — Awesome for keeping up with PT

*2026-07-10, version 2.7.3*

This app is awesome for keeping up with physical therapy exercises. Without the app, I don’t think I would be consistently doing them every single day. The app makes it so you don’t have to think about it - you can just turn it on and do your exercises. I gave four stars instead of five because I do wish that the app had an option within an active session to go to the explanation of the current exercise if needed.

### 3/5 — Gets job done

*2026-07-09, version 2.7.3*

The UI is certainly dated and a bit janky. It does its job fine, but a refresh would be welcome.

### 5/5 — Great videos!

*2026-07-08, version 2.7.3*

These videos make it so you don’t have to remember all the exercises. I just wish that the volume was higher.

### 5/5 — Oral PT

*2026-07-07, version 2.7.3*

Super Helpful. Videos, reminders and timing for reps definitely keeps me on track for 3x/day exercises.

### 5/5 — Right middle fingers

*2026-07-07, version 2.7.3*

This app is great! Reminder pops up, exercise done. Thank you!!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — No support

*2026-08-08, version 2.7.5*

I would rate better if I could get support to update physical therapy exercise programs. Have switched providers and cannot remove previous pt programs or add new programs from different provider.

### 1/5 — Not what the therapist said to do!

*2026-08-05, version 2.7.5*

Make the program for the user (and therapist), be able to Modify the “Times (clock)
& Repetitions, to match what the Therapist direction are!

### 1/5 — Used for Pt

*2026-08-03, version 2.7.5*

Customer support is horrible. I’ve been asking for roughly 14 back and forth emails to remove one PT from my account so I can add another. The app is garbage and customer support is not helpful.

### 1/5 — Update with bugs

*2026-07-19, version 2.7.4*

Latest update randomly starts me in middle of the workout plan that I never did….

### 1/5 — Would not load my exercises

*2026-07-15, version 2.7.4*

App would not load my exercises that therapist gave me. She assured me they were on the app and she had a code sheet to upload each one. That did not work either. Junk app.

### 1/5 — Sucks

*2026-06-19, version 2.7.3*

Takes longer to sign in than to do exercises

### 1/5 — Not working

*2026-06-18, version 2.7.3*

I can’t get the touch pad/buttons to respond all of the time. Also, the workout order is incorrect, but I can’t start where I need to.

### 1/5 — No option to edit

*2026-06-07, version 2.7.2*

This app has been more frustrating than helpful.

The amount of time allowed for each exercise does not match the timing I was taught by my physical therapist. If the time is much longer than needed, there does not seem to be a simple way to move forward to the next exercise without permanently skipping the one I just completed.

The editing feature is also confusing. It appears that you can edit a session after it is posted, but instead it records an entirely new session, which cannot be edited. This makes it look like I completed the program more times than I was actually prescribed.

I do appreciate that the app shows how each exercise should be performed correctly. However, because the timing does not match the prescribed reps, it becomes difficult to keep track of where I am in the routine.

It would be very helpful to have an option for a tone after each rep, or a visible rep counter that shows which rep I am on. The current tones near the end of the timer do not help me pace the exercise.

It is possible that some of this is user error, but I have not been able to find answers through the AI feature or the articles provided in the app. At this point, I would rather track my exercises in Notes and email them directly to my physical therapist.

### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2026-05-13, version 2.7.2*

The timing on every single exercise is wrong. For example, if tells me to do 30 second holds, but will give me eight seconds to do each rep. And some exercises are the opposite.one is supposed to be 10 seconds for each rep and it will tell you a minute 30 for each rep. Makes no sense. My PT says that is a constant problem with the app. The times are always wrong and don’t match what it says you are supposed to do.

### 1/5 — Completely misleading as to actually recording actual exercises.

*2026-04-24, version 2.7.1*

So, I mean, “meaning to complete a few exercises listed”, as suggested by my physical therapist. I of course procrastinating as one may do, have yet to even fully open the app. [the app is still instructing me with little pop ups— this does this this does that] and the app is suddenly congratulating me that “Ive completed 7 different exercises”. I put my phone in a “locker” at work, company policy and such. I literarily just parked my car at home-first time picking up my phone this evening-putting my key into my door and yet Ive, “successfully completed SEVEN, different workouts!??????????”

VERY misleading app. Though I shouldn’t admit it, I guarantee I have absolutely NOT done these 7 specific-might look a little odd to do in public, exercises but I guess…. “sure” I did all that.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great tool for compliance!

*2026-08-22, version 2.7.5*

I really enjoy doing my PT now bc I can watch the exercises and make sure my form is correct. And the app reminds me with twice a day notifications to do my exercises. I haven’t missed one thanks to this feature!

It’s perfect! Thank you KP

### 5/5 — Helpful

*2026-08-07, version 2.7.5*

This app. Is helpful in that it keeps time for me and preps me for each exercise for my recovery. Nice to not have a bunch of papers lying around to remind me what to next!

### 5/5 — Review

*2026-07-27, version 2.7.4*

Easy to follow with the video. Time countdown is a plus. Unable to do those on foam roller because I purchased a firm one and it hurt my back. Would be great if we could purchase on site.

### 5/5 — Like taking your PT home

*2026-07-26, version 2.7.4*

I love that my PT can send me home with exactly the program I need. The times workout helps keep me motivated.

### 5/5 — Doing exercises on your own

*2026-07-24, version 2.7.4*

I enjoy doing the exercises at home because it gives me opportunity to work in my own space I’m able to do them at my own time and also to work on my work on my schedule. For instance, I can do the dishes and do and then do a set of my exercise mop the floor. And then do another set while I’m doing still doing where in the body part but I’m able to do my set in between.

### 5/5 — Amazing app

*2026-07-22, version 2.7.4*

I am so grateful to be able to review my physical therapy to ensure I am doing the exercises correctly. I find it difficult to perform the exercises following the timeframes in the guide. However, This remains an excellent app. As I age problems often recur and I can go back to those exercises that helped easily navigating from one area to another.

### 5/5 — Wrist therapy

*2026-07-22, version 2.7.4*

I have a busy schedule, so having the app helped me to recover from my surgery. I was able to do my exercises at home. I also like the reminders , just in case it slipped my mind.
Thanks
