I can’t get sound on this app! Tried everything! I don’t have sound from my laptop because it Chrome and I can’t download the app on there.. fix it please!

They obviously are not interested in fixing this problem. And it is very hard to get the MR mode to recognize a flat surface. When it finally does the image is distorted. Makes it challenging to complete lessons if I am not at home with my laptop handy.

When I use the iPhone app, there’s no sound. It works fine on my laptop but I really need the found for my phone.

Tried everything, cannot get sound from app. My iPhone volume is just fine with other apps but not with MedCerts a&p.
