## What is MedCord?

AtMedCord, we empower patients to take control of and manage their health better by providing a seamless platform to securely store and manage their medical records.

Once registered, patients can create a profile using their mobile number and easily upload digital copies of their diagnostic test reports. These records are stored safely and made accessible to the doctors they visit, allowing healthcare providers to view a comprehensive,well-organized history of the patient's medical reports.

This enables doctors to make informed decisions, improving health outcomes and ensuring better, personalized care for every patient.
