Was curious about my ADHD

A really helpful app that has been quite insightful. The questions are easy to follow, and they really made me think about my focus, energy and how I approach daily tasks. Some of the questions brought up things I hadn’t thought much about before, like why I struggle with certain routines or lose focus easily. At the end, it gave me some detailed feedback that felt pretty accurate and advised me to speak with my doctor for a more formal diagnosis. For anyone who’s curious about ADHD and wondering if their habits might be related, this app is a really good first step.

Quick and easy

I’ve wondered for a long time whether I had ADHD or not. It has been something me and my friends always talk about and I was really curious to find out.
