## What is MedEffects?

MedEffects helps authorized clinics, sales representatives and administrators manage medical-supply orders and insurance-verification requests.

Create product orders by selecting a clinic, products and quantities, entering a Customer PO and delivery details, and submitting the order for processing. Review order history, status, tracking information and supporting documents.

Submit insurance-verification requests with the required patient and insurance details, comments, and supporting images or PDF documents. Review submitted requests, status updates and available documents. Optional Medicare-card scanning suggests information for you to verify and correct before submitting.

Review clinic invoices and balances. Sales representatives can use My Hub to manage ordering availability and product access for their assigned clinics.

The app includes English and Spanish interfaces, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy access, and account-session controls. Access is provisioned by a MedEffects administrator. Available features and records depend on your account role and clinic access.

This update adds My Hub clinic-management tools for sales representatives, clearer invoice amounts and card layouts, and more compact search and filter controls.

Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are available in the app, with one-time acceptance for non-admin accounts. Administrators can choose their own iPhone inactivity timeout from Profile.

Also includes improved IVR review notes, account-session safeguards, and English and Spanish interface updates.

Faster to find the right order
• Recent Orders, Order History and the IVR list now lead with the practice name, with the patient underneath.
• IVR status labels no longer split across two lines.

Shipping you can trust
• A shipped order now shows a shipped quantity on every product line, and says so when the totals don't match what was ordered.

Dates that stay where you put them
• Cancelling the delivery date or date of birth picker no longer applies the date you just backed out of.

The home screen keeps working
• If one section can't load, the rest still do — and a count we couldn't fetch shows a dash instead of a zero.

Sign-in and security
• A weak connection no longer signs you out.
• The 30-minute inactivity lock now works reliably.

Clearer errors
• Order problems now say what to check instead of a generic message.

This update fixes several issues reported in the previous version:

• Submitted orders now include the clinic and product size, so invoices are created correctly.
• Delivery dates on vendor order forms are no longer a day late for orders placed in the evening.
• Photos taken on iPhone are converted to a supported format before upload, so an unsupported image no longer blocks an insurance request.
• Failed requests now show a clear message instead of reporting that no orders were found.
• Removed login and profile controls that had no effect.
• The Profile screen now shows the app version.
