I paid $28 to make the 1 minute clip of my pugs hosting a podcast and when they delivered the clip it was not what I asked for. The AI they use is terrible completely screwing up names of numerous times, it didn’t make sense. When I asked for help from support they blamed their AI and only would credit back 200 credits which is not even half the credits it took for the $28 video they screwed up. ### 1/5 — Bad *2026-04-19* The application is not working and does not load the videos, yet it keeps charging fees.
