Service is extremely poor. They send request to insurance and never follow up. Patient has to run after them. They do not inform patients that Insurance has approved the request even after 5 days. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Thursday, 16 March 2023. 

The app is very old-fashioned and not responding to commands. For example, when I selected the location, it kept on loading the page until it said, please try again after sometime. When I gave another command to the other selections, for example, Dr’s profile, it said the same thing. Please try again after sometime. After several tries and minutes later I gave up. It’s almost impossible to navigate around this application. Best to contact the hospital through a phone call or their WhatsApp channel or directly in the hospital reception if you have the time.

On 18.10.2019 , my baby got injured and went to medeor hospital emergency care, it was really hard time for me and doctors and nurses made even more worst situation , doctor was having no care attitude really not acceptable for an emergency care doctor and nurses were not much experienced and was trying wat they knows. They let my baby blood flow around 20
Mins by holding wound. And then they said they don’t have stuffs like thermoplast and all to do treatment and one nurse was calling pharmacy more than five min no response, then nurse herself went there and return with empty hand , then they said will do stitching and doctor is in operation theatre , i don’t know wat the hell is happening .we were given the worst experience ever we took my baby to LLH  and they did swift treatment

I will never prefer to go there

This app does not function at all. Does not register or load doctors or. Have any updates to get fixed. As i have asked even at the hospital for assistance. They might have to re look the way it works. And then release it with frequent updates.
