In the Mederva Nourish app I got a breakdown of calories, protein, carbs, and fat when entering a meal and could recall that data from the daily log by tapping that meal. The new app only shows calories in the entry menu and the daily log only offers a delete function, no recall of data for a particular meal. I use the carb data in my CGM app tracking my blood sugar and the combination of these technologies is great for blood sugar control.
