## What is Medex App?

This app is designed to help you understand some of the ways your body may change as it has to cope with high altitude and the ‘thin air’. 

Track of your Altitude and Air Pressure while trekking or on expeditions at High Altitude. 

Keep a Medical Log of your trip and export the data for research when you get home. 

There is also an information section with tips and stories to help you enjoy your trip and stay healthy. Most importantly, it also covers the serious altitude illnesses which still kill those unaware of the risks.
