MedEx Shield reviews your hospital and facility bills, then negotiates with the provider to lower the amount you owe. You only pay if we save you money.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Upload your bill. Snap a photo of your hospital bill or EOB.
2. We review it. Our specialists analyze every charge against what the care actually costs.
3. We negotiate. We contact the provider to reduce your balance.
4. You approve. You review and approve any settlement before you pay anything.

NO SAVINGS, NO FEE
If we don't lower your bill, you pay nothing. When we do, our fee is 20% of what we save you — you keep the rest.
