Medflyt connects home health care agencies with caregivers. 

Using Medflyt, agencies are broadcasting live the visits need to their entire pool of caregivers. 

You, as a caregiver will be immediately notified about the new visit, including all the information regarding the visit -  time, location, compensation, and all other relevant information. 

You'll be able to select the visit or shift that suits your schedule and expertise- Once you've decided, the agency will be notified immediately.     

Get your flexibility back - Update your free slots easily through the app and you'll be notified about the visits or shifts relevant to you.

The concept is good, a app based company where caregivers have control over scheduling and payment. But it’s has been executed HORRIBLY. From the time I was attempting to get hired, I was sent on 3 different fingerprint appointment with codes THAT DID NOT WORK. After the 3rd time, I was told to pay for it myself and I would be reimbursed. It took them close to a month to give me my money. Then let’s talk about the instapay. I can count on a single hand in 3 months of working, how many times the instapay has actually WORKED. Which is frustrating when that was their MAIN RECRUITMENT POINT. I’m always having problems getting my money. And don’t expect them to respond to you in a timely manner or be able to actually FIX anything because customer service is just them stating the obvious that something isn’t working. Now I’m having problems even reporting I’ll be late. It’s just a frustrating app all around and I don’t know how long I’ll be working with them.
