## What is Mediabox?

Die Mediabox App ermöglicht es Ihnen, Ihr iPad oder iPhone als vollwertigen "Digital Signage Media Player“ zu nutzen. Die App ist eine ideale Ergänzung zum digitalen Bildschirmanzeigesystem Mediabox.

Tagesaktuelle lokale Nachrichten und regionale Angebote können direkt auf Ihren Systemen angezeigt werden. Ergänzen Sie die automatische Sendeschleife der Mediabox durch eigene Inhalte. Bewerben Sie Ihre momentanen Angebote und Aktionen oder kündigen Sie kommende Veranstaltungen über Ihre Bildschirme an. So erstellen Sie im Handumdrehen einen attraktiven Mix aus eigener Werbung, Nachrichten und lokalen Angeboten. Zusätzlich können überregionale Nachrichten und Wetterinformationen von N24 in die Sendeschleife eingebunden werden.

Die Mediabox App ist interaktiv und kann durch "Wischen" und "Zoomen" vom Betrachter gesteuert werden.

Die Verwaltung der angezeigten Inhalte erfolgt über die zentrale "Mediabox Cloud". Ein online Benutzerportal ermöglicht es, Inhalte von jedem Standort aus zu pflegen. Auch die App funktioniert standortunabhängig. Zum Download der bereitgestellten Inhalte wird eine Internetverbindung via UMTS/LTE oder WLAN benötigt. Besteht keine Verbindung werden die zuletzt bereitgestellten Inhalte im "Offline Modus" angezeigt bis wieder eine Verbindung zur "Mediabox Cloud " hergestellt werden kann.

Unterstützte Formate zum Abspielen innerhalb der App sind: JPG, PNG, MP4, HTML, HTML5, URL (live Websites), PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (eingeschränkt). Die Wiedergabe ist sowohl im Hoch- als auch im Querformat möglich.

Zur Bereitstellung der Inhalte benötigen Sie eine gültige Lizenz für die Mediabox App. Diese können Sie über den Mediabox Vertrieb erwerben. 


Nach der Installation der App können Sie über "DEMO" Beispielinhalte ansehen. Die Beispielbilder zeigen exemplarisch mögliche Inhalte aus den Bereichen Werbung, Nachrichten und Wetter.
