It throws an error, saying that it is unable to display the information and that if it happens repeatedly to let MediaCom know. ### 1/5 — Troubleshooting tools don’t work on app *2026-08-01, version 18.0.87* The app troubleshooting tools don’t work. I have to call support then I get belittled for calling support as the app can do it. Ridiculous. ### 1/5 — Poor app and service *2026-07-30, version 18.0.87* Internet constantly goes out. No outage map in the app. What use is this app? All it is focused on is paying the bill and upselling the service. No meaningful customer value to speak of. Cannot initiate a live chat. Tried searching for help and it opened webpage to presumed help files which could find nothing from any of my searches. Now to uninstall this as it’s a waste of space. Every time I regain access to my account after a grueling process, I note my username & password. The next time I go to log in, they don’t work. Numerous experiences with this. When I try account recovery, I never receive the email OR the code via text despite using accurate information & no spam/junk/filter. Zero issues with any other provider or platform but repeated issues with Mediacom. You’d think one of the largest / most successful ISP’s in the Midwest would care enough to provide better services & better software to their customers. Please don’t reply & tell me how sorry you are. People see through that.
