Would be nice if there was a “2 Daily Credits” feature. I convinced ALOT of ai app developers to add daily credit feature to their app, but they haven’t responded yet. So hopefully you can do it, because I love you ❤️.

В ходе вашего обращения в службу поддержки от 1 мая мы детально проверили ваш аккаунт. Было установлено, что у вас действительно было 2 неуспешные генерации песен. В таких случаях система отображает сообщение об ошибке, и кредиты за них не списываются.
Более того, наша служба поддержки предоставила вам полный отчёт по всем успешным генерациям за весь период использования приложения. Согласно этим данным, общее количество использованных кредитов полностью соответствует произведённым действиям.

Оплатила недельную подписку чтобы сделать видео, а баланс не начислился, в поддержку написать невозможно, ужасно! И деньги списали и не начислили и вернуть невозможно! При нажатии кнопки «связаться с нами» просит зайти через почту ввожу данные все зависает, пробовала через все почты! По итогу с поддержкой связаться ну удалось! Верните деньги!

В нашем приложении нет авторизации через электронную почту, поэтому вводить адрес вручную нигде не требуется. Система автоматически использует email, указанный в почтовом аккаунте на вашем устройстве. Если адрес там не задан, приложение не сможет подставить его автоматически, и, как следствие, вы не сможете отправить сообщение без указания email.
Пожалуйста, укажите любой удобный для вас адрес электронной почты в настройках устройства, затем напишите нам - мы обязательно разберёмся в проблеме и всё исправим.
