### 5/5 — Highly recommend to anyone who wants to stop scrolling every morning

*2026-10-12*

I have been using Median for a little while now, and I genuinely see a difference in my mornings. I’ve become so much more intentional with how I start my day, instead of waking up and mindlessly scrolling. I feel so much clearer and don’t feel as tempted to grab my phone the minute I wake up. Such a simple concept that truly works. Highly recommend this to anyone who finds themselves constantly scrolling every morning!
