Disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I paid 202 MVR specifically to watch football, but the app is completely broken. After only 30 minutes of streaming, I was blocked by a pop-up saying, "To continue watching, please subscribe," even though I had already paid.
I contacted Medianet support, and they suggested the app might be outdated. However, there is no update available in the store. They then advised me to delete and reinstall the app. I followed those instructions exactly, but the problem persistsāthe same "subscribe" message keeps popping up, and I canāt watch anything.
This has been a total waste of money and incredibly frustrating when trying to catch a live match. Unless this is fixed and I am compensated for the time lost, I wouldnāt recommend this app to anyone. Save your money.

No PiP in the Big 2026
The app works well overall in terms of streaming quality and content availability, but the absence of Picture-in-Picture (PiP) support is a major drawback. In 2026, PiP is a basic feature that users expect from any modern streaming platform, especially on mobile devices.
Not being able to minimize the video while replying to messages, browsing, or using other apps significantly hurts the user experience. Multitasking is a standard part of how people use their phones today, and forcing users to keep the app open just to continue watching feels outdated and inconvenient.
Performance and playback are solid, but the lack of PiP makes the app feel incomplete compared to competitors that already support seamless background viewing. Adding PiP would greatly improve usability and make the app much more practical for everyday use.

This app is only available on few TV OS platforms. Mainly targeted for watching TV from hand Phones. It would be great if developer makes this app available on Apple TV and other TV OS platforms.

I especially appreciate that the loading issue has finally been fixedāit runs so much smoother now. Also, Chanel zapping is noticeably more seamless and responsive.

Most of the time it appears āpoor network connectionā & āsometimes your account is inactiveā. All the other apps on the phone has no issue with network. Poor customer service too. I wouldnāt recommend anyone to subscribe for this app.

MSTV is available for android via PlayStore. AppleTV doesnāt have this or MSTV App. Since DhiraaguPlay was forced to terminate its services its high time MediaNet level up MSTV on AppleTV with reasonable quality streaming. Looking forward to have MSTV on AppleTV.

Unable to use any other video apps
After opening the app and watching a channel, for some reason I canāt play videos on youtube or other video apps unless i log out of the medianet application or restart my phone. It locks out video play back from other applications unless the phone is restarted.
Paid lots of money but total disappointment
Hello guys please read this before using or register or spend anything on this crap. I have see advertisements from TV and try to watch football from this and I spend 250/- for the Ooredoo pack plus f 150/- for this app and I was trying to load live Matches but itās always buffering and saying poor internet but I live my self and the internet here is so good and no one ever can get internet higher than here but still I am enable to watch and use this crap. Wasting money on poor will be much better than this. Because even when I play movies there is voice. I donāt understand why Ooredoo ? And I know reply for this will be go to Fb and explain your problems our team will look into it. And after that no news no update thatās why I am telling donāt spend. Forget it

More of profit oriented than service
We have a medianet subscription at home which shows STAR Sports and PREMIER LEAGUE standard definition channels as well as ICE sports. But these channels are not available to watch on this app for all the users of multiscreen. Better name the app singlescreen rather than multiscreen.
