No substance to the app. Feels like it was only created for health insurer to collect data

I have just started using the app and have found it stops playing when my phone screen goes to sleep, not like other apps that continue until turned off. Eg Spotify, calm, Amazon music.

I can’t sit there for ten minutes continuously tapping the screen and can’t find anything in the app settings to change this. No issues with any other app.

Really not much here besides a service used to tick a mental health quota on Medibanks behalf, rather than one thats genuinely invested in its customers wellbeing.

This app is reassuring when life becomes overwhelming. A lot of access to experienced counsellors and the learning modules allows me to manage my anxiety at my convenience!

No other app quite like this.

At last, something constructive I can do with my phone! Handy to be able to log in and run a quick self check to get my mental health bearings. 

Being able to open this app and run through the mental health exercises I need most at any given time has saved my sanity and helped to put me at ease during stressful moments.
