Medibhai is a holistic healthcare platform to promote all players of the healthcare ecosystem i.e. Hospitals & Medical institutions Doctors Diagnostics Service providers & facilitate services and products offered by them to people facing medical adversities. An intelligent system driven by analytical engine supplemented by real-time data, Medibhai acts as a virtual health expert who can be relied upon for providing instant information based on the location, requirement of users and is capable of storing, maintaining, transferring and communicating medical information as per the instructions of its users. Hospitals Medibhai partners with hospitals to list the profile and provide details about Contact details – Contact numbers of reception, OPD department, services like ambulance, pharmacy, blood bank, insurance helpdesk will be accessible along with mail id for written communication. Room rents – Indicative costs, room rents based on the type of rooms i.e. general wards, twin sharing rooms, personal rooms, suite, ICU etc. will be displayed on the system. Ailment Packages- Fixed costs to be incurred for diagnostic procedures, Indoor patient procedure etc. can be viewed. If the doctor is listed then to u can’t book an appointment it goes as an enquiry. And my enquiry is pending since 3rd august. For a doctor appointment do i need to wait for 20 days???? ### 1/5 — Bad application bad services *2026-08-11* Do not buy the subscription of this application..this is the worst application and there services are even more worst their investigation process is too slow you have to wait for more than an hour to make the payment worst ### 1/5 — Avoid This App – Poor Support *2026-07-24* Extremely disappointing experience. I purchased the MediBhai Essential package, but there is no clear information about which medicines are actually eligible under the medicine wallet. Most products show “Excluded benefit,” even after uploading a valid prescription. Customer support couldn’t provide a list of eligible medicines and asked me to contact my employer for cancellation. I submitted a cancellation request through the Benefits team three days ago and still haven’t received any response. The lack of transparency and poor customer support make this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this service until they improve their communication and support. ### 1/5 — Poor User Experience and Ineffective Membership Benefits *2026-06-06* One of the worst medical apps I have used. The membership services offered through the app are practically unusable due to numerous restrictions and conditions attached to every service. Despite having wallet balance available, we are unable to utilize it effectively. The overall user experience has been very disappointing, and the customer service is poor and unhelpful. I expected better support and more flexibility in using the membership benefits. Ujjwal from team had committed to a call today however dint get any call and there has been no response to my follow up message either. They never respond to messages or pick up calls, which makes it extremely frustrating when you actually need assistance. The app often shows medicines as unavailable, which defeats its basic purpose. On top of that, booking an appointment through the app is unreliable. The clinic staff and doctors are not even informed about the scheduled appointment, leading to unnecessary waiting and awkward situations at the clinic. Overall, the service lacks coordination, communication, and reliability. Definitely needs major improvement. ### 1/5 — Poor Support *2026-03-14* There is no proper customer care number to contact support. When we try to call them back, there is no response. The app experience is also very poor. Order details are not updated correctly, and the status of tests and payments is confusing. There is no clear tracking for refunds or invoices. Honestly, it feels like dealing with a spam or unreliable company. Overall, the service lacks transparency and proper customer support. Delayed responses, incorrect order updates, and the absence of timely refunds create unnecessary inconvenience for customers. The company should improve its customer support, provide proper billing invoices on time, and make the app more reliable and user-friendly. ### 1/5 — Scam app *2025-09-21* One of the most third class healthcare services provider behind this app. No proper interface, i got some corporate credits and have ordered an item from this app, its been 2months haven’t received it yet.
