I am residing abroad and order medicines through this app to my aged mother India. Every time either they cancel one of the prescription medicines or deliver less quality saying out of stock. It’s frustrating. Why can’t they order through other pharmacy’s? Is it for their margin they make the customers suffer. If I am given an option to switch out by my insurer, I WILL NOT use this App even though they have better features. ### 5/5 — Worst service provider only rejecting reimbursement *2026-03-17* In my experience, Medibuddy provides some of the worst insurance services in India. I would strongly advise people to think carefully before purchasing any insurance through them. My claim reimbursement rate has been 0%. Over the past four years, I have submitted three reimbursement claims, and none of them were approved. Throughout the process, they repeatedly asked for additional documentation. Even after submitting everything requested, they continued to demand more documents. Eventually, the claims were rejected citing “insufficient documentation.” This pattern makes the entire process extremely frustrating and time-consuming. In one case, after submitting the claim online, they asked me to manually fill out forms and send them by post to their address, which feels outdated and inconvenient. Additionally, there is no reliable customer support. I tried reaching out by phone multiple times but could not get proper assistance. Overall, my experience has been very disappointing. What makes this experience truly unacceptable is the complete and utter absence of customer support. There is no number which i can call and discuss the issue. It feels like the moment you place an order, you are left completely stranded with no way to track, cancel, or even get an update on your essential items. An app dealing with healthcare cannot afford to be this unreliable. If you are relying on this service for urgent or necessary medication, avoid it entirely. The technology is useless if the logistics and human support are non-existent.
