Worthless app, but not surprising to say the least. ### 1/5 — Useless app *2025-08-28, version 1.0.94* Literally nothing on this app works as it should. Fix this or just get rid of it. ### 1/5 — Login disabled *2025-08-17, version 1.0.94* Cannot use the app, I get a message that FaceID IS DISABLED FUE TO A CHANGE IN THE DEVICE, but it doesn’t load anything else nor give any other way to log in. ### 1/5 — Worst app I have encountered *2025-07-28* This is by far the worst app I have ever encountered especially from a company that has the funding to have a working interface for its clients. It is beyond ridiculous. It used to be super glitchy and take forever to load. It would make you resign in like every 45 seconds but not it straight up does not work. The app opens and just spins. I thought maybe I needed to update it or it was temporarily down but it is up to date and I have tried multiple times over the last month and still no luck. Every time I log in to see my cost summary, it’s a hit or miss if it will show up. The app glitches so much. It just shocks me how user friendly the app is not. Please revamp/revitalize the app and all of its features. Nothing works how it should, it logs you out if you switch to a different app, it never remembers your login information after you hit the “remember my login information” button, the payment portal is broken, the 2FA is broken, the entire app seems to be purposely designed to be unusable and frustrating. For a provider that made $6 billion in profit in 2022, you’d think they’d be able to maintain an app, right? ### 1/5 — Nothing works *2025-03-03, version 1.0.92* I’ve never written a review on an app before. All I can say is that menus don’t match what they say, setting up auto pay keeps resetting, redirections keep happening. This might be the buggiest app I’ve ever used. ### 1/5 — Logs Out *2025-02-05* You do anything and you can’t go back to the main menu without having to log back in again. I wanted to see my ID card. Once I saw it. I had to log in again. You want to send a support request via the app, you have to provide ALL your personal information. It’s required, just to send a question. Logging in, even though the box is checked to not receive email verification, it does it anyway. I’m certain there are more problems, but I got tired of logging in and verifying myself. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — HUGE PAYMENT APP ISSUE *2025-12-11, version 1.0.94* FIX ASAP OR I AM SWITCHING INSURANCE: app will not keep account logged in each time. It sends me a new code will not keep me logged in at all. Also, when it shows the prompt for clicking the current plan or the plan that starts next month and I click any of them it says we’re here to help and then it says the times when I can call and then list the phone number. I am trying to make a payment. ### 1/5 — Cant make payments *2025-12-02* I was able to make payments on the app until November. Please fix this. I don’t know why you all changed the way you make payments when it was working before? ### 1/5 — Can’t make payments. *2025-11-30* Literally the worst app/insurance. The past month, every time I log in to try and make a payment, I press the “make a payment” button and it keeps taking me to a blank page that says “error page not found”. I would call in to report this, but unless I’m speaking to a manager, the general people I’ve spoken to the information goes nowhere. On top of that, they have a billing system that requires a third-party system that refreshes all the information you put in. On top of that it forgets the auto pay. So now it looks like I haven’t paid my bills with them. I can’t find any way to pay my bills with. It is useful and easy to use … when it was load. For the last two days I only get a wait icon that never ends. Every single time I need to open this app I already know it’s going to be an incredibly frustrating experience. Nothing loads, drops downs are broken half the time, scrolling is broken half the time, throws errors and times out like crazy, and for the love of god why do you have biometrics enabled if you’re just going to make me log in with a username and password every time I go to use the app?? I don’t know if this was a series of horrible business decisions or if the developers just don’t care, but man this app feels like a high school seniors fun project to get into a college they like. Please fix these issues! ### 2/5 — Slow and glitchy *2023-06-19* Two stars because with patience, you can sometimes get the info you need. But it’ll cost you time and frustration. There’s no Face ID to save your password. The whole main page takes a long spinner to load. And then the page itself is made up of tiny little widgets that themselves need spinners to load. Unclear if this is just a single page app of the web site or actually passed testing being this slow. The app seems to have been designed by one-and-done app consultants with a skeleton crew of local IT keeping the lights on.
