As the others have stated, every time I want to check my deductible, I have to recreate a different password. Please have some pride in your apps, developers. It wouldn’t let me log in and I changed my password twice and each time it told me my password was incorrect. I ended up logging in on my computer and had to use my original log in. How can anyone tell if the app even works if you can’t log in. I downloaded the app and can’t get it. Keeps saying wrong password and log in. Funny because I was successful from a computer and from my mobile phone their the web on it, but not the app. I downloaded it to submit receipts for claims but clearly they make it impossible to do that. I’m beyond furious my company switched to this awful insurance and their terrible app. Same complaints since November and it’s January now. You can get in and enter all your required data, but try and submit it.... it’s not gonna happen. The app closes. I called Medica and the person answering the phone was surprised that this was happening. She had never heard from anyone about this problem. I suggested she send someone from IT to check the app reviews since it’s maintaining a stellar 1.2 stars. Frustrating. ### 1/5 — No surprise *2019-09-10, version 6.3.200* The app, not unlike Medica’s service in general is terrible. I can’t even log in effectively as it will only allow me to repetitively change my password rather than actually access my account. So disappointing but again no surprise as every other aspect of their service is garbage I don’t know why I thought this would be any differed. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2026-07-29, version 317.9.0* This application has me pulling out my hair every time I need to use it. I use a reimbursement plan for my vision and dental services and I dread every time I have to attempt (and of course fail) to log into this app. Please fix this. Misery ### 1/5 — Extremely poorly designed app *2023-09-26* One of worst apps I’ve dealt with. Log in is nearly impossible. Password requirements are archaic and NOT secure. This is both length and requirement to change passwords. Therefore, I have to write the password down…completely insecure. I’d complain more, but since I can’t log in, even once I create a new password, using the PASSWORD I JUST CREATED, I can’t even get to the rest of the app to rate this. That’s so frustrating. What happened to the common-sense option to upload a pdf from a file? Now I have to find a printer and take a photo of a wasted piece of paper to upload a receipt that came to me electronically. Infuriating process. ### 1/5 — WRONG APP FOR MEMBERS! *2023-01-18, version 14.0.0* As a new Medica member I downloaded this app and like others could not access. This is the wrong app. Look for the “Medica Members “ app and not this one (OneSource).
