It offers absolutely no methods to fix it. I downloaded the app but it's USELESS because it won't even let me register. Fix this and I might consider giving 5 stars instead of 1. **Developer response:** So sorry you had difficulty with our app. Sometimes network connections cause the error you saw, but we would need to investigate further to know for sure. As of now, the app is work and many users have registered successfully.
