I don’t know how to use it, whenever I type her name in and hit enter it only says thank you it doesn’t give me the next option to put date of birth etc.Can someone please tell me how to do it

The app makes our check in simple & quick when patients are arriving for pre-op.  It is easy for the patients to use (type their name, their dob and a reason for their visit).  Our staff is notified of arrivals on their PC and patients are taken back accordingly.  NO MORE missing pens, marked out patient names (hippa compliant) & making copies of sign in sheets. We love Check In Systems

We have been using the Check In system for about a month and I can't imagine how we have lived without it for so long.  It is simple to use and the patients have been very eager to use the device.  If you are on the fence, just try it, you wont be sorry.  I am very glad we did!

Medical Check in is user friendly. It only took about 10 minutes to train the staff. It was easy to set up and it allows you to make customizations for your clinics needs. They also provide detailed reports to track trends and it generates a detailed audit trail. The patients and staff noticed the wait times improved. The support team provides great customer service. This check in system keeps your check in desk HIPAA compliant.

We love this app! We handle over 150 patients a day and the app has made the sign in process so much faster. Way less interruptions and the clear names helped our office the most.
