Unlike the similar app for Spanish, this one does not include spoken recordings of the French to use as a reference.  So if you don't have someone who speaks French to read it for you the usability of this app is very limited.

This is an extremely useful app.  I live in a bilingual province and work in healthcare. I am learning french but the more technical medical terms are not commonly used in day to day conversation or taught well.

This app has the necessary information, but there are WAY too many simple errors.  Many of the entries are careful with spelling, gender, accent marks, but many completely omit the accent marks that are essential for proper pronunciation, especially if you don't already speak non-medical French.
