Recently I paid for the app as the records were all missing. The payment has gone through but my records are still missing and there is nowhere for me to seek help. Disappointing. ### 2/5 — Great concept, poor quality *2025-12-17* I love the idea of having everything from surgery dates, doctor info and prescriptions on my phone. But this app is very buggy - crashes frequently and loses data. It would be nice if the App kept a history of your vitals rather than having to transfer them to the Notes Section ever time they are updated on the front screen. Another update would be to allow for multiple Notes rather than editing the same one. ### 1/5 — Help! Please fix bugs. APP auto closes when trying to save *2020-02-26, version 3.0.11* Information added. Such as; medication. Each time, I try to enter medication (pills), hit save , the APP closes and the information I just added did not save. I have not used the APP in sometime, because of the issues. However, I decided to give it a try again. My information added during my initial try is also gone now. I wish this Medical Tracker APP would work, because I really like the potential of this App. Like the fields available and the formatting. Hope the programmers fix and update the APP for workability. But it recently changed to a paid version, with no notice, and now I can’t get to my data. I had all of my family’s medical information, including drs , medications, and insurance info. Suddenly, yesterday I was locked out. I can’t retrieve ANY of my data. My parents are elderly with dementia and Parkinson’s and I don’t have the information documented anywhere else because I thought it was safe. I tried to reach app support, but got an error message stating server cannot be found.
