Deleted and reinstalled several times and every time it ask to acknowledge terms and conditions. I love Medical Solutions but this app is just terrible. I’ve considered other agencies because of the time keeping headache. Medely allows you to hit a button to time stamp in and out. Then you just have someone at the facility sign your weekly time sheet (on your phone). I think it must depend on your recruiter or maybe the hospital itself on people complaining about the double time keeping. Having to log your time sheet on the app and then also do a paper one. I haven’t had to do a paper one in a long time. I log my hours on the app, and submit them that’s all. It always works. I’ve never had a bug or problem getting things to load. I submit all of my paperwork, do my annual benefit selection through the app, which will then link you to the website to do so. I use the app to look at my paystub and do my core competencies tests. Not all of these are on the app, but you can’t get to them through the app itself, which makes it very convenient. Like I said, I’ve been using the app from the beginning.
