New Features Add Patient wizard: A guided three-step flow replaces the old inline sheet. Step 1 collects name and relationship. Step 2 captures date of birth and gender. Step 3 adds phone and email. Each step validates its fields before advancing; the Back button lets you correct previous entries without losing progress. DOB and phone auto-formatting: Date of birth fields now auto-insert slashes (MM/DD/YYYY) as you type. Phone fields auto-insert hyphens (XXX-XXX-XXXX). No more manual punctuation. Browser navigation controls: The built-in web browser now shows Back, Forward, Stop/Reload, and Share buttons in the toolbar. Swipe-from-left-edge to go back is also enabled, matching Safari's gesture — essential for navigating multi-page EHR login flows. Fixed Audio transcription silent failure: Tapping "Transcribe for Auto-Fill" after a recording session would sometimes complete silently with no result and no error message. The issue has been resolved — transcription now works reliably on every attempt, including immediately after stopping a live recording session. Audio engine stability: Resolved an edge case where stopping a recording that had not activated live transcription could trigger an internal audio component error. Removed Organization / Groups: The Groups section has been removed to simplify the data model ahead of a future Sync feature.
