Und hinsichtlich der offline Nutzbarkeit ist sicher allen Klinikern klar, dass das von großer Relevanz ist, wenn man mal wieder in Gebäuden unterwegs ist, die nach außen abgeschirmt zu sein scheinen, man in einer Klinik ist, in der WLAN ein Fremdwort ist und man dann in Kombination mit allem noch vor Klinik-PCs steht, die mit sich selbst überfordert sind, auch keinen Internetzugriff haben oder mit 1000 verschiedenen Passwörtern gesichert sind. So füllt diese App keinerlei Lücke, die nicht anderweitig besser gelöst wird. Hat man Internet, kann man direkt googlen und vollständige Fachinformationen erhalten und für den Interaktionscheck reicht der von ifap ArzneiAktuell aus, um zumindest keine gravierenden Fehler zu machen, zumal IT affinere Kliniken entsprechende Systeme (+ Arzenimitteldatenbanken mit vollständigen FI) hausintern leicht zugreifbar anbieten. **Developer response:** Hallo. Der große Vorteil von Diagnosia war bisher in meinen Augen folgender: 1. Interaktionscheck 2. Online-Konsile durch Fachärzte Dies ist leider ohne Ersatz geblieben, und daher hat die App erheblich an Relevanz für mich verloren! ### 3/5 — Interaktionscheck fehlt *2023-07-23* Leider fehlt der Interaktionscheck. Dann wäre es 5 Sterne wert. ### 2/5 — Im Vergleich zu Diagnosia enttäuschend *2023-01-03* Es fehlt der wichtige Interaktionscheck und ich kann es nicht wirklich nutzen, weil mir die App ständig sagt, dass ich mich registrieren soll, wenn ich das machen möchte, hängt sie sich allerdings auf und ich komme nicht weiter. Hab es jetzt schon mehrfach versucht 🤷🏻‍♀️ ### 2/5 — Interaktionen fehlen *2022-12-21* Wie schon viele vorher schrieben, fehlt der Interaktionscheck, der den Vorgänger Diagnosia so wertvoll machte, hier völlig. Es wird zwar eine gute Übersicht geboten, aber dieser relevante Teil fehlt einfach. ### 3/5 — Arzneimittel-Interaktionscheck fehlt leider *2022-12-17* Grundsätzlich eine brauchbare App, jedoch war ich mit dem Vorgänger „Diagnosia“ zufriedener, da dieser einen hervorragenden Arzneimittel -Interaktionscheck inbegriffen hatte. Eine derartige Funktion fehlt bei Mediately leider. ### 3/5 — Leider fehlt ein Interaktionscheck *2022-09-22* An und für sich gut aufgemachte Aop. Leider fehlt ein Interaktionscheck, dieser war bei diagnosia gut gelöst und hier leider völlig gestrichen. Daher nur noch bedingt vernünftig nutzbar. ### 2/5 — Kein Medikamentencheck *2022-09-05* Die Medikamentenliste ist gut, auch wenn sie weniger gut dargestellt ist als bei Diagnosia. Ein wesentliches Element aus Diagnosia der Medikamentencheck fehlt, deshalb nur 2 Sterne. ### 3/5 — An sich gut *2022-09-03* An sich ist die neue App gut, wenn sie aber mit Diagnosia mithalten soll, würde ich mir wünschen, dass der „Medikamente-Check“ noch mit rein kommt.
