Please update this app. PLEASE. ### 1/5 — Zip Code Issues *2018-12-29, version 1.4.5* The first thing this app does when you open it is have you search for your pharmacy. When I put in the zip code, it says “No Results “, which is funny since there has been a MediCap pharmacy here (50138) for several years. When I search for my zip code, it doesn’t show the Medicap in my town. 👎🏼 ### 1/5 — Very poor search *2023-03-03, version 11.0.1* The zip code search is remarkably poor. While standing in the Medicap pharmacy I wanted to use the app only found 2 locations that were 25 miles away. Yes I had the address and zip code for the store I was standing in. My pharmacy has been around longer than a decade and cannot be found on the app. So frustrating. ### 1/5 — Need to update addresses *2021-01-08, version 10.6.0* Don’t like doing this but when I spoke to Jackson he turned it around on me saying that his staff verbally confirmed my address! They did not confirm the address and as a matter of fact it was a tech in training I spoke to that I asked if my meds could be delivered! If (which I am 110% sure she didn’t say my address) she may have asked if my address was still the same. Which I would think they would have a updated address on file because I have to show my ID every single time I drop off and pick up my meds and it is on my ID! She did not at all ask or verbally say my address, so now I get to go a month without my meds that help me function because they sent it to an address that I lived at 15 years ago! They should be ashamed of themselves for this! I can just suffer for a month that’s fine my issue is now there is 2 prescriptions in the hands of the wrong person or on the streets! That really upsets me! I am totally frustrated that this happened! I am 100% not the person to blame for this! The techs there are! They told me to call and file a complaint with the post office! I have been on hold for 2 hours now waiting for the post office to answer! I sure hope whom every got the meds did the right thing and returned it to the post office! I will no longer use Medicap and I definitely will never, ever have my meds delivered because I never want this to happen again! Very frustrated! They need to do some training over there starting with the first person I spoke to an asked if my meds could be delivered 2 weeks ago! ### 1/5 — Can’t access. *2021-01-04, version 10.6.0* Keeps telling me that a verification code has been sent but I never receive it and yes I checked my junk mail. ### 1/5 — Only because zero stars is not an option *2020-09-23, version 10.5.0* The barcode scanning does not work. Meds are listed in multiple places making it hard to discern the last Rx. Maybe I just need training. Super disappointed. Picking up the phone to call in refills. ### 1/5 — What happened?? *2020-03-05, version 9.8.4* I had my prescriptions listed then went to submit a refill and NOTHING was there!!! I used to love this app but good grief, having to type in all those numbers again 😣. Not good! Edit. 3/5/2020. All information has disappeared —again. This is ridiculous, having to enter medications a third time. I’m done with this app. ### 1/5 — No Functionality or Privacy *2020-01-31, version 9.8.4* This app doesn’t really do anything, just like their new website. No matter what I do, the app (and website) won’t show all my medications. There’s no way to tell when you last had a prescription refilled, or how many refills are left on a particular Rx. It doesn’t notify you when your refills are ready for pickup. It doesn’t show any of your order history. It doesn’t even ask me to sign in when I open the app, so if anyone gets hold of my phone, they can open this and see (some of) the medications I take.
