It won’t stop calling even if you press a button and it won’t allow me to get texts for confirmation.

You must really stay on top of this. Calls sometimes just stop. You can notify them through the app, but the response time lags. Here is the response I got when the calls stopped. Also notice mastery of English, grammar, and punctuation is also lacking:

Sorry for the late response we think we have found the problem (which was in our side) and fixed it.

Please let us know if you get the calls now.

I decided to give this app a try for my parents who live in another state but don't always remember to take their medicine. I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. I am able to record a custom message and set a time for the app to call my parents. I get a notification on whether or not they answer, and I can also ask them to confirm they received the message. I can also use it for other reminders as well, like reminding my parents to turn the outside lights on. This app has made my life as well as their lives so much easier, and I highly recommend this to anyone taking care of people who sometimes need to be reminded of things here and there.

This app is wonderful. I gave it a test drive before I start using it for my parents. It called exactly at 4pm on the dot with a friendly voice reminding them to take their medication. On the app, I'm also able to see if the call was answered and at what time the call was answered. Very smooth and incredibly helpful
