My five month old has a double ear infection and I wanted to use the app again to track his medicine but was having trouble with it. I emailed customer service and the developer worked with me back and forth to get my app up and running again. This allowed all of my Dad’s family caretakers to track things on their own phones and to see what was going on when they were away. It allowed us all to feel connected during his final days.
