This app has been a real help. It tracks more than just that I’ve taken medication, it accounts for dosage, quality, time of day, etc. all with two taps, once it’s set up. You can make notes, skip doses, track meds separately or together. They have customizations so you can choose to colour code your meds. Honestly I don’t know if they’ve left out any options. It’s intelligently designed, and I find it user friendly. This app definitely reduces my stress by helping my keep track of this little big thing.

Not nearly as easy or helpful as I had hoped. Reminders come up, but I can’t see how to check off pills taken if I do so before the reminder. Entering medication info also required adjustments as it wasn’t made clear. Medication log is cumbersome with each day taking up several screens on my phone screen. A simple table with check marks would be much easier to view. All in all Im not a fan but I’ve invested the time in setting it up so will continue using it until I find something I know is better. My own Excel spreadsheet is seeming an attractive possibility.

I found this to be a completely useless app as I’m looking for an app that I can add my medications in and that I can put when I actually take a medication like Tylenol, advil, aspirin so that I dont over medicate.  This is not that app.

You can now log your "as required" medications with Siri — just say "Log Ibuprofen in PillBox" and the dose is recorded without opening the app.

The new Log Medication action is available in the Shortcuts app too, so you can build medication logging into your own routines, with an optional custom dosage and note.

Doses logged this way behave exactly like any other: your medication log, remaining stock and widgets all stay up to date. Scheduled reminders are unchanged, as they are tied to specific times.

Your medication reminder set for exactly 12:00 AM will no longer go missing — it now appears in your Home feed right when it should, all day long.

We have also fixed a crash that could occur while filtering your medication log, so you can browse your history without interruption.

In this release, your log tab now remembers your filter settings for each medication. If you usually check the history for just one specific medication, you no longer need to reselect it every time you open the log. Set your preferred filter once, and the app will automatically show you the same focused view the next time you return.

We have also fixed a minor bug with the Grouped Reminders confirmation popup. Previously, you had to tap Dismiss twice to close it. Now, a single tap on Dismiss will close the popup as expected, making it quicker and less frustrating to confirm your reminders.
