### 4/5 — Really good

*2026-06-17, version 2026.2.2*

Really useful but would like the log to also have a calendar format instead of scrolling through everything.

### 3/5 — Easy to Use

*2025-12-17, version 2025.12.2*

This program has proven to be convenient and easy to use.

I only rated a three because it is driving me crazy wanting me to give tips for a free app and it is saying I have unresolved items to deal with and not allowing me to resolve whatever that is I may end up having to find a new app.

### 4/5 — Decent med log

*2025-10-22, version 2025.10.1*

I’ve tried out several different apps in order to track my mom’s medication during Hospice at home. When you’re on hospice, your meds may change frequently so I wanted something that I could enter the medication easily. I also wanted one that was a simple tap at the time and I’m done on the medication.
And I wanted an easy way to see when the last dose was so I could keep up with her PRN meds.
This app has all those features and have been very helpful. I’m totally sleep deprived so it needed to be user-friendly.
The only suggestion I have that would make this app the very best is to modify the log so that it is easier to read.
Currently each med you give is a whole tile on a log and you have to scroll through forever to see all the meds when you’re giving frequent PRN’s. It needs to be a one line log that you can click on to see the whole tile if you want to.
Simply time, medication, dose given.
-0908 Morphine 15mg-
-1202 Ativan 0.5mg-
-1306 Morphine ER 25mg-
Then you can click on that line and see the whole tiles information

### 5/5 — Awesome

*2025-09-12, version 2025.9.1*

Easy to use! Essential for people who need to drink medicine daily.

### 3/5 — good for its purpose

*2025-06-20, version 2025.5.1*

it’s a free medication tracker without any ads or paywalls which i appreciate but i’ve noticed even when i put “2” as the dosage, when it tracks remaining dosages it only takes away 1, even when the dosage is specified as 2, so i had 200 puffs of my inhaler, i logged 2 puffs as taken and now it says i have 199 remaining which defeats the purpose of reminding me when to refill as it will still say i have 109 left when i don’t. i can’t find a way to change this, to set it so the tracker takes away 2 instead of one. but apart from this it does the job.

### 5/5 — Not enabled for Siri

*2025-05-26, version 2025.5.1*

I just don’t like that I cannot tell Siri to take my medicine

### 5/5 — Really great app, but could use some improvements.

*2025-05-21, version 2025.5.1*

Your app is far better than Apple’s version in the health app, because the UI is much more simpler, and is faster to track meds. However it could use a few improvements to make it better.

1: Consider adding more colors to distinguish more medications

2: When setting up a new medication, add an option to add an icon to help better visualize which medication you need to take. Similar to Apples version in the health app.

3: A calendar view to see the different medications you’ve taken could be helpful. I know you can look at the log view, but an option to them in a calendar can be helpful.

4: Have you thought about bringing the app to watchOS? Because even tho you can receive notifications from the app to your watch, it’s still handy to have an Apple Watch app, without carrying your phone all the time.

Just some suggestions to make it better. Also, I just wanted to say thank you for making this app! Unlike most med tracking apps, this one is by far the easiest one to use!

### 5/5 — Exactly what I was after

*2025-04-20, version 2025.4.2*

Downloaded a number of medication trackers and all were over complicated, pay to use or covered in ads. This is perfect, so simple and exactly what I was after, thank you!

### 4/5 — Great little app

*2025-04-13, version 2025.4.1*

This app is fantastic and has most of the key function of other paid apps for free!! It has a few bugs but the developers seem quite responsive to feedback.

### 3/5 — Good potential in app

*2025-02-08, version 2024.12.2*

Good potential in app but issues with logging medication then entries disappearing. Major issue when you’re tracking medication

### 5/5 — Notes

*2025-02-02, version 2024.12.2*

Could add a spot for extra notes when the medication has been given but otherwise it’s what I wanted

### 5/5 — Still Great! Improves all the time.

*2025-01-05, version 2024.12.2*

I’ve been using this for almost 2 years now and nearly every day I literately say to myself “I’m glad I have this!”

From being able to have all my exact stats for my doctor, to the reminders, to the customization that I need for my medication schedule, this app makes it clear, easy and trustworthy!
Thank You!

### 5/5 — Clear and prep

*2025-01-01, version 2024.12.2*

Really easy app to use. Love its simplicity, no trawling through sections or pages to see your information. Very quick to document when I have taken my medications and even quicker to view my daily log for those times that I question myself. Does everything I need.

### 5/5 — Just left Medisafe

*2024-12-02, version 2024.11.2*

This is a great app. I take meds on a complicated schedule and this app handles it.

### 5/5 — Love this app!

*2024-11-18, version 2024.11.2*

Downloaded this app when Medisafe decided to start charging for theirs. So happy with this app, it does everything I need it to, and it’s free!!!!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Clunky to use

*2026-06-30, version 2026.2.2*

Not nearly as easy or helpful as I had hoped. Reminders come up, but I can’t see how to check off pills taken if I do so before the reminder. Entering medication info also required adjustments as it wasn’t made clear. Medication log is cumbersome with each day taking up several screens on my phone screen. A simple table with check marks would be much easier to view. All in all Im not a fan but I’ve invested the time in setting it up so will continue using it until I find something I know is better. My own Excel spreadsheet is seeming an attractive possibility.

### 1/5 — Useless app for me

*2026-03-23, version 2026.2.2*

I found this to be a completely useless app as I’m looking for an app that I can add my medications in and that I can put when I actually take a medication like Tylenol, advil, aspirin so that I dont over medicate. This is not that app.

### 1/5 — Notifications

*2026-01-13, version 2025.12.3*

Needs a seperate specific
notification warning “sounds” other than sistem sounds, cannot distinguish!!!

### 1/5 — You want some feedback?

*2025-11-11, version 2025.11.3*

Maybe don’t ask for feedback every time the app opens. Maybe I have something better to do than tell you how bad of a job you are doing. Maybe I can just click the button I wanted to click. I want my money and time back.

### 1/5 — I keep missing doses

*2021-03-12, version 2021.2.2*

I never hear and never receive visual notifications to take my med. i’ve missed several doses so far. Going to look for a different app than this one.

### 1/5 — Not very convenient

*2020-05-13, version 2020.05.3*

This app is good for daily medicines.
But doesn’t allow to set reminders for those medicines which need to be taken at non daily intervals, for eg I m supposed to take vitamin d3 medicine only once in 15 days, I can’t set reminder for this. Don’t know why I paid for this app😫😫

### 2/5 — Format broken

*2025-10-31, version 2025.10.2*

Liked the app for a while. But a recent update has broken some functionality. When adding notes to the Medication. The keyboard pop up won’t allow access to the enter button so I can’t clear the screen . Now lost ability to add notes to a reminder

### 2/5 — Good tracker missing some basic functions

*2024-10-04, version 2024.9.1*

This is a nice tracker but could use some basic functionality that is required for its regular use as well as some functionality that is found in other healthcare apps.

For example:
1A. The ability to download the log data for use in reporting to a health care provider. A basic spreadsheet (csv) file with the ability to send via email or text message.

1B. The ability to print the log in various sort orders.

2. Editing a new entry upon recording (rather than later in the log).

3. Setting a reminder based upon the last time taken. Many drugs may be taken based upon the last time they were taken, not on a fixed schedule. An example are pain relievers.

4. Ability to print a medication list with the patient name and dob.

### 2/5 — Something needs changing

*2021-05-07, version 2021.4.2*

When using the app, if you press next by mistake, whatever day your on says TODAY.
If you don’t notice the date you can click on the tablets to say you’ve took them, which is wrong because your on the wrong day.
I’ve done this a few times by mistake and unfortunately, you can’t correct it which means you don’t get a reminder the next day.

### 2/5 — Better ones out there

*2019-11-02, version 1.1.3*

A little frustrating when I’m looking for a simple reminder with a nice visual interface and you have to pay to add more than one medication. Upon purchasing you unlock a ha duck of features that you get as standard on other apps which I’ve tried.

I reluctantly paid to try it out but will be asking for a refund if I’m not impressed. My Tip? Use a different app and save money.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Exceptional!

*2026-07-15, version 2026.7.1*

This app has been a real help. It tracks more than just that I’ve taken medication, it accounts for dosage, quality, time of day, etc. all with two taps, once it’s set up. You can make notes, skip doses, track meds separately or together. They have customizations so you can choose to colour code your meds. Honestly I don’t know if they’ve left out any options. It’s intelligently designed, and I find it user friendly. This app definitely reduces my stress by helping my keep track of this little big thing.

### 5/5 — How not to miss taking your medications

*2026-07-14, version 2026.7.1*

Love this app best for not missing your medications,it’s very easy to use and keep up with

### 5/5 — Pillbox

*2026-04-12, version 2026.2.2*

I find this app so helpful, as well as being really simple to use

### 5/5 — Useful and nice app.

*2026-01-31, version 2026.1.1*

I like that if you take many vitamins and/or meds at the same time, you can mark them all “taken” in one shot.

### 5/5 — Simple And To The Point

*2025-11-21, version 2025.11.3*

Enabled me to keep track of my medications in a clear and easily understandable way.

### 5/5 — Good med tracker

*2025-11-07, version 2025.11.2*

I’ve been using this app for over a year. I found it easy to use. At one point I decided I needed a note section. I contacted the app designer. He was friendly and on the next update the app had a note section. Bravo!

### 5/5 — ESSENTIAL app

*2025-11-05, version 2025.11.2*

This app is fantastic and has most of the key function of other paid apps for free!! The developers are super responsive to feedback, and bring in improvements with each update!

### 5/5 — Love it

*2025-11-04, version 2025.11.2*

I moved to this app due to my old one suddenly charging people to use the app. I use this for my constant meds and the every now and then meds. It’s extremely helpful and I’m super happy with the design of the app itself. I’m not someone with lots of money but I love this app so much I’ll tip when I can to keep it free. Thank you for your work on this app, it’s appreciated by this chronically ill girly <3

### 5/5 — ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

*2025-11-04, version 2025.11.2*

very very good update

### 5/5 — Handy app to keep track of your meds.

*2025-11-02, version 2025.11.1*

App works well. No issues at this time.
